1. How long does it take to process and order?

Our Orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.  A detailed email will be sent to you once your items are ready.

2. Can you put hot and cold liquids in the Drinkware?

Yes, all our Drinkware is intended for hot or cold drinks. Tumblers, to-go mugs are doubled walled stainless steel which are great for keeping things hot and cold. 

3. How long does the Drinkware keep drinks hot or cold? 

Our Drinkware is designed with double-walled, vacuum insulated technology, which can keep your drinks piping hot or ice cold for up to 12 hours.

4. Are the lids shatterproof?

Yes, our Drinkware comes with shatterproof sliding lids, providing you with convenience and peace of mind.

5. Are the materials used in the Drinkware safe?

Absolutely! Our drinkware is made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials, ensuring your safety and well-being.

6. Is the Drinkware dishwasher safe? 

We always recommend to hand wash our Drinkware.  Our tumblers and to-go mugs are handwash only and come with care instructions.  Ceramic mugs can go in the dishwasher, however, overtime there could be a possibility of the design slightly fading. 

7. Can my ceramic mug go in the micorwave? 

Yes, the ceramic mugs are dishwasher safe. 

8. Do you do custom work? 

Yes, and we love it! We can help create and bring your vision to life.  You can share your thoughts through or Contact Page or via email at hello@shopovg.ca and we'll work with you on creating your design. 

9. Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

10. Do you accept returns? 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a creative error or an incorrect item was sent during the shipping or local drop off process.

11. Am I able to cancel an order once it’s been placed?

Since all our items are made to order, we allow a period of 1 hour for our customers to change or cancel the order.  Once that time period has expired, customers may reach out to OVG to inquire about changes or cancellation of the order. If the order hasn't been processed, a change or cancellation can be accommodated at that time. 

12. Will every design look the same?

No, due to the fact all items are designed, hand pressed and made to order there may be a variance in image sizing and colour. 

13. What if I was shipped an incorrect or faulty item?

Please take a photo of the incorrectly shipped or faulty item and reach out to us through our Contact Page or via email at hello@shopovg.ca

14. How can I track my order?

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Canada Post tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

15. What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

OVG will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages within the shipping process. Once your order has been delivered to Canada Post, OVG is no longer responsible for it. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.

16. Do you do local delivery to Apartments and Condos?

We don't.  We do contactless local delivery. 

17. What happens if my package is lost or damaged with local delivery?

OVG will not be held liable for any lost or damaged packages within the local delivery process. Once your order has been delivered, OVG is no longer responsible for it. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
